30 Top Sewing Secrets – I haven’t read through all the tips yet, but I like #5!  Thank goodness I found this before making my summery dress.  I think I’ll have to try it out.  And I need to work on doing #4.  Right now, I’m just making individual garments to fit a need (or “need”).  But I should work on choosing pieces and fabrics that will work together.

Fiber Burn Chart – I’d never heard of this before, but apparently you can figure out many fabrics by doing a burn test.  It’s just not reliable for blended or chemically-finished fabrics.  Do with care.
